Free Initial 15-minute Virtual Consultation.

Private in-home Training + Virtual Support: $185 per week includes 1-hour In-home Private Training plus two 15-minute follow-up Virtual Coaching & Support sessions.

After the first week, you have the option of continuing with:

Private In-home Training + Virtual Support for $185 or

Virtual Support only for $50 per 30-minute follow-up Online Video sessions

Virtual Coaching and Support Only outside of Service Area: Free initial 15-minute consultation. $85 for first 1-hour session. $50 per 30-minute follow-up sessions.
